Specializes In CRA Overlay & Cladding
Crescent Valves specializes in the design and manufacture of cladded Ball Valves and Double Blocked Bleed (DBB) Valves, providing both full-body cladding and targeted semi-cladding of critical areas, including the Seat Pocket and Stem Seal area.
Cladding is applied to all wetted surfaces, extending to the flanged raised faces, to ensure superior resistance against corrosion, erosion, and wear under severe process conditions.
The overlay process is executed using controlled semi-automatic Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), with pre- and post-machining operations to achieve precise dimensional tolerances, uniform material deposition, and optimal surface finish. We are equipped to supply cladded valves ranging from 4" to 24" sizes and pressure classes from 150# to 2500#
Crescent Valves cladded products are qualified for a diverse base and overlay alloys, meeting rigorous industrial standards and offering long-term reliability in demanding applications. Crescent holds valid and verified WPS - PQR's for multiple Corrosion resistance alloys (CRA) used in in offshore and onshore facilities.
Crescent Valves has successfully supplied cladded valves to numerous End User's such as ADNOC's Onshore and Offshore projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and international standards.
